I wonder if this do-gooder fancies your ex-wife and thought he'd impress with his new (misguided) knowledge.

I had a mate like that growing up that would do stuff like this to impress the ladies. He'd tell my girlfriends that I was too good for them and other crap. He always wanted want I had.

Come to think of it I don't know why I'm still mates with him.

Actually Skap, 75% to the best of my knowledge... 50% when married!

But hey... 50% of nothing is still nothing!

Thanks for the reply fellas. However, the issue here is a do-gooder reading a post and calling the ex wife to tell her that I am "trying to sell the car before settlement". This is not about my ex. we are not going through court, we have come to an agreement which includes me getting the car among other things. The settlement has not been finalised legally. I have no issues with my ex in regards to this, i have issues with the wanker who told her I was advertising my car for sale when all I did was answer a wanted add. Since we split people have been telling her so many lies about me, the funny thing is that i don't even know them. This is just another case of this happening.

Mate i hear you, its a bloody low life act you have every rite to be mad as hell,
I had a mr's who worked with me as best she could yet some so called friends stuck there noses in saying one thing to me and a different thing to her, needless to say they are neither her or my friends anymore. pieces of shite.
Why on earth would a stranger do something like this ,just goes to show we are surrounded by filth where ever we travel in life , if you find out who you should name the tosser
