Certainly HK GTS, but will be one of the following combos:

186S M20 (Opel);
186S M21 (Saginaw);
186S 'glide;
307 M21;
307 'glide.

It is a July 1969 or possibly early August by the location of the BODY tag, built in Dandenong.

Yes it was Warwick (1173), with black (10) vinyl (X) trim.

Being an early car it is possible to be a 307 auto with banjo, but most 307's were 10-bolts. Likewise early auto 307's had 5" rims, but very early on 6" rims became standard on 307. So go looking for 10 bolts hump and 6" spare wheel brackets in the boot.

Saginaw cars will have a linkage clearance hump in the tunnel/floor interface about where the passenger's right foot goes.

V8 cars also have the speedo cable in the centre of the firewall, but still have the 6cyl hole over on the RH side with a speedo cable grommet in it. V8 hole is holesawed after production.

It looks like the VIN plate has been removed and replaced at some stage, possibly a bit damaged by how much goop has been put back on. You can see the mistake on the VIN plate where the K has overstamped something. Not uncommon on early HK GTS.

I can't quite read the whole chassis number properly, if I can get that i'll run the lot past Ben Stewart to make sure they all align OK.

yel327 has nailed it for you.

Here are some pictures of the identifiers that Byron has mentioned. First is a photo of early lower control arms for factory cars with 6 inch rims - a steel rod is welded to the rear edge to 'stop' the steering arm. Later cars (second photo) had a revised control arm with provision for a bump stop bracket to be bolted on - I don't know when these came into production.

Looking in the boot is the first and easiest point of reference.
