No booster in the bay, running VH 44 remote mount perhaps in the boot???

Thats a pure guess mate.

M/cyl i got NFI

Windscreen washer bottle is easily hidden under the guard.

Heater motor you kinda need, you can mount a 12v hairdryer under the dash to get it road worthied.

Hope that helps a bit.

Cheers.

Nothing is more annoying that taking a car on an early morning cruise, and not being able to see out any windows

I used an street rod style underdash Air con/heater unit (fit up under there pretty well) so was able to flat the firewall and make room for a couple other things. I got rid of the washer bottle completely but as mentioned could have ran it under the guard. Hiding abit of the wiring seems to make it look alot more tidy to me as well. I was not worried about going too wild with hiding things, but just a few of the things gone seems to help in my eyes at least.

There are no engineers reports or road worthy things here...but I still try and make the car pretty well useable at least!

I went for the stock but not look
seams are smoothed and filled, as are all holes
brake lines redone as neat as a pin
brake master cylinder later type without remote value
Hidden wirering
neat paint
everything is still in there to be seen but is neater and tidier this was cheap cost wise and only took a bit of time, notice I didn't go for chrome either
alloy rocker covers and stainless steel air-filter cover

and pained bumpers, but that is another discussion I should add that when this photo was taken engine had done 120,000 km in this car and paint was 8 years old

Built to be driven

here is mine, i run twin hair dryers under the dash for windscreen, wipers i use the hot rod type cable drive unit, washer bottle is under guard, all wiring hidden inlcluding oil and temp sender wiring, hidden accelerator cable (runs inside firewall), hidden crossmember bolts (now accessed inside wheel arch), smoothed inner wheel arches, hidden water pump, the list goes on, it takes alot of work but well worth it in the end

black tank is extra brake vac tank due to big cam and the bonnet is fibreglass and only weighs 12kgs so the std springs would break it in half but i havent got around to finding a set of trampoline springs to use

Pretty straightforward. Mounted under front of drivers guard. Distribution block also there.
Used a VH44. Car stops quite adequately.

Love your work :buttrock:

Glass bonnet (i believe) is a no -no for legal road use, but i doubt anyone would know the difference unless you broke it, which lets face it, is a possibility. Hopefully never happen of course.
