Thanks for the price Datto!!! i new that the std clutch wouldnt last long with the upgrade.. same with the diff, but it all takes money and its something i dont have exuberant amounts of...
I'll call up house of power, they do do clutch packages but i just wana get a price... i dont mind doing the work myself either.

Went and picked up some rims and tyres last night, they are SV6 17" rims with decent tyres.. i figured i need some so i dont rune the ones i have on there...

while your at put some new diff gears in like 3.7's or 3.9s depending on what driveabilty you would like.

you will find you will have such a better and quicker response in take off

Nice power it's making for a 5.7ltr with a cam,must be a lumpy bugger lol.The standard clutch doesn't even like the stocker engines with otr,exhaust & tune but if you baby it around they can last awhile...the clutch in my vy ss ute(234rwkw) is kind of holding up ok if I don't abuse it too hard,next step is a good clutch,rip shifter & 3.9 gears then they start to feel quick.

I originally intended to get a vz 6.oltr ute but settled with a vy 11 ss ute,black leather,climate,m6 etc...not a bad daily so far.

Gen3torrie - im saving up for a set of 3.9 diff gears, about $800 for them but they will come soon..

gtrboyy - Thanks mate, the power its putting out is very good, im impressed with it. the cam is a custom grind cam, 236/238 @110 i believe.. not 100% sure on the duration tho. it idles soo dirty, i love it!
clutch, rip shifter and 3.9 diff gears are all on the top of the wish list, closely followed by a set of slicks.

Anyway, i was going to be going to a motokhana yesterday, buutttt... word of the day got onto the antilag.com forum and the responce from them was HUGE! so even if i got there, i probably would of had 1 run at best due to all the cars there Posted Image

soo ill have to wait for another track/skidpan day to show up to take the ss out.. either way, ill give her a clean and throw some pictures up.
