i was searching for a mobile phone and i came across this seller and their conditions and clauses..bla bla

We highly value our feedback reputation and stand by our products. However, should you leave negative feedback, the money back guarantee will be voided

Just want to no what you guys/girls think about this seller stating no money back guarantee will be voided....they cant do that can they?

I think it a no no to use feedback threats on ebay so it should be reported.

More idiots on ebay every day. Report him and keep looking, another item exactly the same will show up soon enough

I wouldn't put up with that shit. They either stand by their products or they don't. You would proably find less conditions of sale with a new mobile phone.
