Just to let you know that the Lj that was (nearly) destroyed at Bathurst is back on tha race track. After over 300 hours of replacing & repairing the LJ it is finally finished . Doug Soloman from Dukes Body Works repaired
the bodywork . he replaced the r/h rail & skirt, radiator support panel ,front panels, bonnet,rh quaterpanel, back panel, boot floor, rear rails, lh quater panel, lhf door,lh sill panel .He has done a fantastic job, it looks better than ever. Brent a 2nd year apprentice resprayed the complete car . Neville Smith did all the mechanical works eg new front end , alighments etc etc. I did all the stripping & refitting of the car . We will test the car this Wednesday 13th at Calder , Then we off to W.A Barbagallo to race at the end of April.

Hi Trevor and welcome to the forum
Great news regarding the LJ
Was just up from the start line and had one of those "not the torana - anything but the torana" moments
Any pics of the rebuild would be appreciated as it sounded pretty extensive
Good luck for the season and dont be a stranger
