looking to buy a setup myself, but even then i wouldn't mind making one myself rather than buying a kit.
theres a few forum members that are playing with turbos on 6's

and judgelj its a t04 garret with custom plenum, was running on a 173. the apprentice made the setup , its quite good, but ill improve in most possible ways and learn a few things along the way hopefully

Spent less than $1500 all up.
If i was going to do something simmilar seriously instead of just a wank around like that i'd budget about 3k and do a few things differently.

Yep just keep in mind guys that was all done with basically no budget and a very short time frame, its pretty dodgy lol.
But yeah basic ideas i think are there??

i think they both look pretty good, all the basic principles are there. dont mean to jack your thread blake but im hoping this will give you an idea as well!
what did you do for the oil lines bomber?
12.0 is still a great run, gee thats almost the 11 bracket which is pretty darn good!

Whole oil feed setup including T pieces lines clamps for the return line etc cost me like $35.

Full of wankers who either think draw through is actually usefull or others who seem to think for some reason there making 500hp with a GT35 and a stock VK commy EFI intake mani....

i to thought that the chines shit was the goods till a few weeks back.im not blaming anything as yet actually who really cares but i will add to the grenade thread that petes hr cracked the head, he still raced it it went 12.0 on 5 slugs. then a new head was hogged out think dj had something to doi with donating a head then finaly it got going again then...............aparently it turned the tires like never before promptly blew the carb hat gasket out and broke a piston . so what i will say is if you are building a budget mota with budget gates and the like be prepaired to pick the eng up in bits.
