Just a note... Cutting a spring will reduce the initial pre load, but increase the spring rate if its in a situation like a pressure relief valve.

So it will take less pressure to crack initially but will require MORE pressure to move it further.

Cheers.

Really bad rubbing of both fronts in the corners, have to fix  that. Kept it easy as I didn't want to damage them too much.

Also the brake bias was too much to the rear.

Wasn't real interested in lap times but really interested in just driving it and enjoying my first drive on a track.

Hahaha! Yeah that's a good pants-shitting moment there.

Thanks for sharing. And I look forward to you realising that you can upload footage directly rather than taking a video of the footage on a PC monitor first.  :tease:

Looks like you were having fun Craig. Sorry I never got there. I got my weekends mixed up and it is this weekend we are down there.

The first iteration of that track didn't include the chicane on the back straight, and I think it is a shame they put it in there. My VN would get fast enough to make the tops of the doors whistle, and even though it ran out of brakes by the third lap, there was plenty of run off to keep you out of trouble. The GSXR was another kettle of fish though. Big wide eyed moments on that thing.
