hey guys.was just wondering if a speedo cable that can fit slr clusters would fit onto the back of a S cluster? not much room so hard to see whats going on.but just feels like the cable isnt locking onto the back of the cluster.cheers

Yes, the speedo cable fitting (speedo end) is the same for all LH/LX Toranas.

thanks,then why wont it fit?slides right over the back of the cluster and just wont click on

you need to spin the back of the speedo around so the square drive fits in

Sometimes you need to pull the plastic catch back on the end of the speedo cable too, to stop it catching on the back of the speedo connection. If all else fails, take the front dash facia off so that the dash itself can be moved around slightly. This will make it easier to line up straight with the cable, and push it on.
