All goodly. Ole Yella finally broke the 200HP barrier. Started at 199.4, then 199.8. Found a further 10HP hiding in the air cleaner, pushing it out to 210HP (I think?). Car is running a bit lean 14:1, so can still pump a bit more fuel into it!!!

Run report will follow shortly, arrived home stuffed, only for the Director of War & Peace to advise that we were due out for dinner!!!

That car's Ford Blood Orange Simmo. Sam and I painted it a couple of years ago.

Nice pics Craig. Email em to Phil if you want them included on the site.

Bloody awesome day.

Just as an appetiser Tiny, Brett's 427 LX Hatch ---> 430ish RWHP. 1 HP per cube, that's not bad going.

Pat: Bloody lovely mate! 210Hp is nothing to be sneezed at! ( Yes.. thats having a dig at ricers with BOVs!)....

Simmo was having a look at Sam's car because thats what we think the SL/R will look like in the future! Though i think bigger rims and lower prifile rubber will be our choice :)

430HP... Unreal :) anthing above 1Hp per cube at the rear wheels is TOP going! about 1.3 Hp/cube at the flywheel is excellent power!! He's right there :)

Great stuff :) Must admit.. gets my juices flowing.. i want my car going again!! Thanks for the inspiration!

Meh, next to my car, firstly you don't hear the sneezes --> V8 drowns them out. If you do concentrate on the sneezing sound, you wonder what all the fuss is about, as the V8 isn't even trying. They get a bit pissed when the V8 does try.

My conclusion is if everybody drove V8's, the ricers fail to get attention, then simply fail to exist.

Wishful thinking. Saw a Jap import one of the young blokes bought for drifting on Friday night. Roll cage, race seat, etc from Japan, $3,500; customs duties $3,000. He didn't get it complianced as he is only using it for track work, but double that figure again if you do. Damn cheap performance car with all the mod cons. You can see why the young fella's do it. (Yella forgets, he's still not out of the closet on that one!).

Guys

The dyno sheets are now up for all to view. Some are missing but the majority of them are there.

Cheers
