Wayne my comment "(Blue engines but Black engines are the same specs)" means the "Holden improved performance L6 & V8 engine service manual" is a publication about the Blue engines and the referenced specs are the same for the Black engine.

Torque wrench specifications - Blue & Black V8

Rocker cover to cyl head bolts 5 - 6 Nm
Rocker arm pivot to cyl head bolts 30 - 38 Nm (std non adj rockers)
Inlet manifold to cyl head bolts 34 - 41 Nm (Refer to tightening sequence chart)

Beauty thanks Davo. So they are the specs for standard rockers, would it be the same for roller rockers??

If they are non adjustable type roller rockers then those torque specs should be fine.
