Well after a welcome turn around in the weather it was a fantastic day for a cruise it was pretty cool to see so many different models all out cruising to the dam. I hopefully have attached a few pics.

Hi Scalpa,
Went down to have a look at Repco, great turnout of FINE looking (and sounding) Cars.
Saw Yours, pic doesn't do it justice, those Venetians and Whitewalls were great.
As a UC old fella, was pleased to see some nice UC's as well (But no Hatchys).
Anyway, Great Display, Son and I loved it (would have been magic seeing the procession to Healesville).
Daveml.

Thanks dave i reckon the pic makes it look better! I noticed that there wasnt any UC hatches either. Maybe they have been all turned into LX look alikes.

Haha yeah it was bloody awesome. We got plenty of looks driving through Healesville not to mention from the cops. But thankfully they left us all alone.

I had a blast yesterday! I put a heap of good quality K's on the new engine and besides the car stalling once and not starting after the Neutral Safety Switch wire had fallen off, the car didn't miss a beat!
It was great to catch up with a heap of people! Great to see The WhiteNight aka, The Pres, AKA Keith down from Sydney! Also awesome to See John - TORANASS! Man I didn't recognize you! You have lost so much weight! Hurry up and finish that car so you can get along to a cruise!

All i can say is it WOW & i hope to join u lot on this cruise maybe next year or 2013,
maybe intergrate it with a Tassie cruise. So many beautiful cars and by the way does
anyone know how many Torana's attended???

I am pretty sure I have a final count of 76, I might of missed a couple but I am pretty sure I got everyone. Slightly down on last years 81 but still a good result. Hopefully next year we can beat the 81.
Was fantastic to see so many old faces. I didnt realise that was TORANASS until Matt mentioned it above on this forum, I knew his numberplates rang a bell from somewhere!
We also did have royalty from the Sydney Torana Club, El presidente...Keith!!
Keith if you want to combine the run with a trip to Tasmania for you northerners, we will make the date suit you guys if possible. So give us plenty of notice if it is 2012 or 2013. It was great to see you again.

i have been away too long ,
unfortunately my hatch is still off the road , but we cruised up in to see the cars in the mrs car,
The club has definetly grown the few years i have been away
i only seen a few familiar faces, Dave Vale , and RTSGUY and his awesome beast,
darren was great to catch up with you, and congrats on the trophys for springnats champion, it was awesome to see the beast in the flesh , pics seriously dont do it justice
i missed Keith, ToranaSS and even MRLXSS ,
now im itching to get the hatch back up and running,
cant wait to drive it again
