I am looking to buy my first torana but i have a couple of questions

did the 1975 LH SLR L32 come with the flare kit as factory standard of was it an option.

And could you guys help me out with any problem areas to keep a look out for.

Any help is appreciated.

For comparison purposes!

You can purchase a high quality flare, spoiler, bobtail and scoop kit from Canberra, we have two very good suppliers here. Approx cost is $900.00 upwards. Certainly not ebay prices but then they are quality.
That is of course pickup only - freight would be extra.

Herne do they do the 2 piece front spoiler for the LH without flares? if so do you have some contact details for them.

Not sure about that, I thought they were all made to fit without flares but when fitting flares you trim the length to suit.
Here are the details of the guy that made my flares. He is well worth a phone call.

The Spolier Shop in Myaree would be worth a call.

http://www.spoilershop.com.au

They do not list a Torana front spoiler but I am pretty sure my last two piece spoiler came from them and it the best fitting spoiler I have had so far. LX Hatch without flares.

A9X sedan rear flares are wider than L34 rear flares and mounted differently

A9X

note the mounting bolts on the front face of the A9X, you see 3, on the L34 you see 2, the lowest one is on the bottom of the flare
