What would you rather, out of the choices above.

Note that the options there are for a basic "S" model, not GTR or XU-1

Then tell us why

LC 4 door.
Prefer the LC over LJ (more of that sexy chrome).. and 4 doors for transporting sexy ladies to my house.

LC everytime. front just looks more finished...

plus a two door will always be a nicer car on the road (less body flex)

Cheers

LJ 2 Door for me. LJ, because i like the Taillights/Headlights/Grill more.

2 door because they are awesome and look sportier. IMO, the 4 doors look like theyve had the rear doors chucked on as an afterthough.

i think that the two doors look pretty schmick and i think the LJ front end has a more muscular grill and i like the three indervidual tail lights

I agree fully with Torrietree. I love it how the LJ's front looks like a small HQ. Same Headlight surrounds and sorta the same grill

And that is exactly what I hate.. if you like a hq get a hq, dont make a car to look like a smaller version and thus make it subjective to the success/failure of another vehicle. Really needs to stand on its own right...

But Tim even new small cars often have similarities to the larger car by the same manfacture.

It would depend, for an everyday car the 4 door has to have it with the practicality. For a race car or weekend i would go with a 2 door.

I think LJ over LC, but i love the LCs nearly as much. :tease:

I think you missed my point steve... it is about the manufacturer designing like this not the fact that new cars are similar.....think about it...

I used to dislike LC/LJ's, but things have changed. Probably due to the fact that i now own an LJ 2 door.

Prefer 2 doors much sportier looking and nicer to drive, but not fussy on model.Have LC and LJ Coups 'S' as well as LX Hatch. Drove LC XU1 as family car for 10 yrs. Best car I ever had, still have motor in shed some where.

Personally.. The LC tail-lights are just stunning. The one-piece apperance with the chrome trimming and stripes through the middle. Its very HK/T/G Monaro. Sleek.

I also prefer the LC steering wheel that comes in the non-gtr/xu1 models as opposed to the LJ equivilent.

The LC tail lights are just stunning... I'm not sure how you mis-hit the 'J' in LJ, and hit 'C' instead

Nah, I just LOOOVE the LJ Lights, Head and Tail...

Gotta go with LC 2 Door, Love the front grill and headlight surrounds on them, probably prefer the LJ taillights but a good set of LC ones with really good chrome looks pretty damn nice. I like the shape of the LC dash pad over the LJ's flat one.

It's the grill on the LJ's that sort of turn's me off a little, dont get me wrong I love them, but definately prefer the LC's.

I have a 4 door LC, but would prefer a 2 door as they in my opinon are a lot nicer looking car as the four doors look like the back doors are kinda squashed in or something, I don't quite know how to put it, the 2 doors just look tidier or something. There is a word out there to describe what I mean im sure, hehe lol....

Hell any of the four options would suit me just fine! They're all an awesome car with slight cosmetic changes between them ... long live the REAL torana!

I only have sway to the 4 door LC because I own one ... sure it would be different if that was otherwise.

Well i own an Lc 2-door which is my daily and and Lc 4-door which was my first car which is at the shack in peices... i definetly prefer the 2-door tho it gets alot more looks on the road, practicallity wise i'm looking at putting my 4 door together again soon and selling it to fund a low milage stock Lc 4-door so i can take the 2-door off the road an put it in storage for a bit.

MrLCTorana, i agree with your statement about the rear doors. The rear doors look like they have been chucked in as an afterthought, whereas the 2 Doors look more refined, classy.
