And this is HOW you carpet a car..

1st : You buy carpet

2nd: You wait for Son to turn up

3rd: You get him to do all the work as it's :clappin:HIS :clappin:car !

Ever tried feeding speaker wires back through the rear 1/4s of a HJ Wagon - DON'T!! - It's a pre-ack of a job !

your going to need a heal pad or floor mats otherwise you will wear through the carpet in no time. Getting moulded carpets is pretty cheap now.

Well now that I've cracked the sh!tts with Andrew (told him to man up) and attend more to what is necessary in life &

that doesn't include him turning into a tosspot like some of the nuckleheads he hangs with.

the Sillycar gets to be played with.

Poor thing sat for nearly 2 months & on the w'end I found the brake peddle did diddly squat.

Brake reservoir was empty so it's problem hunting 101 for me.

Took the rear drums off late yesterday, hit up everything with degreaser & a quick hose off,

now to toddle downstairs & have a good look + headscatch....

Right. May've found the prob ?

Front left caliper bleeder nipple was "wet".

Doing a gold old fashioned gravity bleed ATM (no one to help me pump n hold)

Soooooo.... Hopefully the ol' gurl likes getting here nipples tightened ;)

Righto, fronts bled up nicely, now tight.

Got some pedal feel, just letting good old gravity do it's number on the rears.

I should do this for a living - NOT !

Hate working on cars... mumble grumble ...
