I've just put the Kingswood Country kit into my K-Frame re-build.
I got my local Pedders store to push the bushes in an their only concern was the lower control arm bushes - they like the ones that have a bevelled centre - apparently retain the rubber better but otherwise thought the kit pretty good.
I'm with UCgazman; I found the KC fellas are just really good to deal with - friendly, helpful and interested - a rare outcome in retail these days. I've used KC for a number of things now and will again no issues.
Cheers, TB

Brad,
For mine they just pushed in by hand - easy-peasey.
The PITA was getting those rear legs inside the chassis rails when fitting the K-Frame.

Ah righto. Fingers crossed. I had to slice my old ones up to get them out.... I had read you can use a ratchet strap to pull the k frame legs in a few mm??

I made up a tool .
I used it three times , once to put them in according the the parts manuel ( which was wrong ) once to remove them and once to fit them in correctly. Also made a tool to remove and fitt the control arm bushes :)

Rare Spares kit I bought back in 06. one thing i did notice it the quality of the current rubbers is just not as good as my 06 stuff.

Ah yeah, Im all over the fitment of those K-Frame rubbers.. I was just gunna put em back in how they came out, which is opposite of what is shown above...

As for rubbers, I used The Rubber Shop door rubbers and Rare Spares inner/outer weather strips as they are particular to LH SL and SLR.

I was pretty happy with The Rubber Shop ones, I also gave em a hit with Rares Spares Rubber Magic spray.
