Close should actually be orange rich blue perfect light blue lean. Uses teh same colouring as a bunsen burner. Ie the hottest part of the flame means that the flame is the hottest therefore the most power.you use one to tune your car, great for multiple carbie setups. It allows you to see what colour the fuel is burning. Red rich, white lean, blue perfect. The one I got cost around $80 including the postage.
Cheers
PS: It replaces a spark plug for tuning purposes. pretty much is a sparky plug with a window so you can see teh flame front. It also helps moreso for static timing.

Explain to me where the hell you got "flamed". Think you need to chill man...If you like i can copy the hole instruction manual and post it for you "politically correct" people. All I gave was a brief description of what it is and how it works. Be happy I shared my contact, in future I will think twice about some free infomation. Nothing worse then trying to help people and be flammed for it.
I have used these and too do have the instructions. I also know that most people have used a bunsen burner at school so will be able to relate to it. We are here for one reason only. Common interests and to help people. Dont be so touchy.
Cheers
