I was looking at the fuel economy calculator in another posting and am wondering if anyone has fitted a Hyclone unit to a rochester carbied 308? or has anyone used the fuel max item also available from Hyclone
Hyclone website
if anyone has used one, what improvement on fuel usage has occured if any?
thanks
Matt

Have used on a EFI 304 before but not on a carby v8. Did not think they could make them big enough to be effective on teh quady.
Mine worked great, not real improvement on the economy but the car ran smoother, not much but smoother. Made it a little more pleasant to drive.
Cheers
PS: Dad has one on his rangey. It has improved the drivability on gas no end but similar for my 308 on fuel, not much change but nice and crispy smooth. Both cars are EFI

Stand out in the street and throw your $10 notes down the road...it will have the same effect. All these spinning air add ons were tested by RACV, RACQ and NRMA...no difference...forget the 25% increase in fuel efficiency..it is crap.
