Does anyone know of a storage place in Melbourne where I can store a car and WORK ON IT occasionally as well?

g'day Mick,
after a secure place that I'll be able to pull the engine out of an old Merc to take to another workshop, and store the car for approx 3-4 weeks. then the engine goes back in.
happy to pay the asking rate.. most of the ads on the net for garages are around $150-200 a month so happy to pay that.
