Hi ALX76.

I've had most success with the compressed metal type gasket, regardless of whether the head is cast alloy or cast iron. They defintely last longer than the fibre type gasket.

If the face of the extractors are made badly (i.e. not flat & true) then you may have to resort to using the fibre type gasket, they seem to fill the gaps better in that circumstance.

I like Dr Terry, prefer the metal compressed gaskets. On most systems I also use a product called maniseal. (comes in a red tube is a clay type sealant) With this combination I have never had manifolds leak. So I gues from your option list I have the G option... :D

Cheers

Cheers Greg..

ACL make an xtra thick compressed metal type extractor
gasket, have had no trouble, and have not used any additional
sealants.
