I was just wondering what weird and wonderful conversions some of you guys have done.
Body, motor, or built from scratch.
at my place we've put a VN v6 into one of those Mazda e2200 Ute/truck things, would love to see it go down the strip.
turned a Bedford into a Hotrod which is still going on
I turned one of those articulating stiga ride on's into a mower trike
and the latest ones r a VS/VT v6 into a v6 rodeo
and a VW trike with a 1600 twin port twin carb motor

Did lots of jap cars too, skylines, silvia's & 180's, supra's etc. Here's a Cordia with a Sirius Dash turbo motor and a little front mount IC-

& a few more I couldn't find pics of.
Might finish this one day, Gemini 'Ute' with 2'' roof chop...Not sure what motor yet but it wont be Isuzu powered!

Love the crown Rodomo : )

I've done a few but nothing really out of the ordinary.

HZ with injected 330 stroker and supra 5 speed, UC/LX hatch with LS1 and T56, kombi ute with blown small block chev, 68 firebird with Nissan VH45 quad cam V8 but now replaced with 308 and t700, hilux with 253 etc. Hopefully my XP ute on a hilux chassis with holden V8 and 5 speed will be more interesting when I get the time to do it : )

I put a VN V6 and auto into a 4WD L300 Starwagon - it used less fuel (and went a LOT harder) than the 2.4 that was in it.

Did a mid-mounted SBC into a Bedford - mounted between the seats - with a mini-tubbed rear end with 295/50/15's so they sat completely within the body and lowered all round so that it virtually sat in the bumpstops.

Suzuk RG500 into a Honda NSR 250 frame with complete hand made carbn fibre bodywork including 1 piece seat and tank unit.

And my latest creation - Subaru Brumby with full WRX AWD running gear, suspension and brakes. Plan is for a turbo rotary but may end up with just a WRX motor.

And once that is finished my LX hatch is getting something a little bit different.....................

In the Gemini? I used to have a sedan with a warm 202 squeezed in it, you could see the body twist when I'd nail it off the line lol. I think a 253 would be too hard to license (although I do have a spare one with a trimatic lying around...), I was thinking of a hot 4 - sr20 or 3sgte? or maybe a v6 of some sort.

I had an old Honda sl 350 trike conversion that I sandwiched a 400/4 super sport into ,also had a 500 big bore kit to fit, never fitted it though,130 kph at 8,000 rpm was enough of a challenge when going sideways.

A mate had a 3lt V6 from a Capri in an old diahatsu SWB fourby. Went bloody well except keep cooking one of the pistons with pronged high speed driving...
I followed him one day, got damn near 190 kph out of the old girl. Was bloody dangerous above 160.
Great 4WD but. Go anywhere, & it often did.

4age = 1.6lt, 3sge = 2.0lt.... its all about cubes lol
A 4agze with the sc12 (supercharger) would be cool, but I'd rather get the bigger sc14 from a 1gg and whack it on a N/A sr20......(pfft say that ten times fast!!)

I put a 302 windsor into my 1977 RA28 Celica (Mustang shape) about 19 years ago but I dont have any pics of the car that i can find. Sadly i got T-boned at an intersection and it was written off in the accident. Was just a stock 302 but it went very well in such a little car!

Found some pics of a similar car, it looks almost identical to mine too color and all haha..except mine had chrome bars.
