When I got quotes to retube my damaged tail shaft, they varied between $400-$500. Plus freight costs as no locally could do it.

These guys below are in Brisbane.
My custom thick wall chrome molly shaft was approx $180 to run from a power glide to 9 " diff with me providing the ends.
This is fully assembled, painted and balanced.
But this price is years old. Best to get a quote.

Far out I got ripped big time. $600.00 both times.
First one was rubbish. (Expensive mistake. I won't say who made it publicly but will let you know by pm/message).

But the second one was a excellent.

cheers
