I'm about to tackle a job that will require straight right angle folds approx 1200mm wide. I have had a look at professional folders but cannot justify the price. The folds need to be straight but don't have to be exceptionally crisp. Has anyone here made their own?

Pics or plans?

yeah mate, longer lengths of the angle equals longer lengths of material able to bend. I know you said you dont need the bends crisp, but the guys on the thread posted had a good point about the top bracing to stop the flexing. I'd recommend doing that :)
