Just stick to the recommended ones from here. I would recommend the ones that I have bought although you would have to read above for the discrepancies in the covers themselves, they are not perfect and certainly not exactly the same as the genuine SLR ones. But for $490 they are very good value for money imo.

Coming together guys. Since the engine has gone I am more comfortable with the colour of the heater. Its all coming together pretty well. Still got the booster to put in, a loom, canister, radiator and thermo's and not gonna be able to do much next week. Rear seat went in today with only door trims need to be changed but will do that later. Painter is supposed to be coming next weekend to cut the paint that he done, am gonna get him to cut the whole car as the old paint need a freshen up.

I dropped the seats off on Saturday and to my suprise he rang me yesterday to say he was done. He said that the covers were pretty good although we didnt get the back boards on the front seats with the set so he had to recover those.

They fit the front seats almost perfect although the back seat still has a crease in it from when it was packaged. The trimmer said to just put the back seat out in the sun on a warm day for around an hour or so which will shrink the cover thus giving a tighter fit, I hope that is the case.

Overall I think the covers are quite good if you can pick them up for a decent price but for $699 I would expect to get the back boards and a perfect fit but I guess that depends on the trimmer as well. Here's a few pics of the seats finished.

You can clearly see the problem area on the rear seat. I am sure with a bit of use they will probably improve again fit wise. Overall I am very happy with quality of the covers and the fitting of the trimmer. PM me if you would like to have the trimmer's number, he's in the western suburbs of Melbourne and is a good bloke to deal with.

Ummmm...can you tell me what the problem is then seeing the crease in the back seat is completely gone?? These were half the price fitted all up of a normal set you would buy on ebay saving me 1K. Any set you buy and get posted are going to have some sort of imperfection from packaging. Seeing my car isn't an SLR the stitching isnt a problem for me.
