I was standing back in the shed dreaming of that day when I'll be cruising the streets in the Torrie, when I noticed a mess,,,everywhere.  Can't believe how much stuff is here, in bits, half started then I hit a snag and it gets put aside.

Here's a few pics of what I'm up against, It's like a game of memory, what's that part for? where does this go?

What's on my workbench? mmmmmmmm let's see! Oh yeah now I remember, crap, crap and more crap. Some of the crap has been there for the last 14 years. One day I'll get in and clean it up.

Wonder where I've heard that before?

A bloody mess and an M20 which takes up too much space.

Will have to relocate it elsewhere

I'm with the majority here, I have several work benches and they all seem to be piled high with things that I'm not currently working on... at least I'm not the only one!

Thank God I'm not the only one. No matter how many benches you have or how big the shed is, it's never enough.

I always thought you guys had clean benches and i was the only one with crap everywhere and no where to work or walk.

I have gearbox's, radio control cars, parts of Tracie's car, engine in parts and just general shit laying around on all my benches.

It's not just the benches either, i have a 2 bay shed and only got enough room to walk around Tracie's car let alone work on it, i can't even get to the wardrobes (cupboards) without having to pull half the shed out and the damn carports not much better.

My disgusting workbench. I need to find a space to put up more shelving, then I could move the crap off the bench.

My 'workbench' is my patio/outdoor entertaining area thing. Currently a work in progress, the missus can't seem to understand that sometimes, things look worse before they look better haha

Thought I'd post some pics of my other bench for you blokes who dont
have a bench, or the room or you need another bench that swings outa
the way when not needed.
Attached File  100_2068.JPG   387.04K   6 downloads
Made some hefty shelving & bolted to wall & hinged the top off a piece
of jarah attached to the shelves, cant put it up coz the torry's bum is
in the way but you get the gyst
Attached File  100_2069.JPG   414.13K   4 downloads
Made a couple of sturdy legs up with a locating pin both ends, drilled holes
in the floor & under the bench top for the pins so you dont knock the leg
out & end up with everything on your feet. Also good for keeping stuff
outa sight
