15951 is Dulon paint Cotillion white but being relatively new to this I dont know what the 568 is.

I think that the 568 stands for a solid, as opposed to a metallic.
cotillion is a nice white

568 refers to the paint type, solid non metallic, when they changed paint types part way through the HK model this number changed for the solid and metallic colours.
