I spoke to the spray painter today,

 

he said if its ready before the last week before Christmas he can paint it, and I'll have it back before Christmas!!!!!!!

 

Now i'm super motivated.

 

Drivers side door repairs are complete.......

I hooked right in again this weekend.

 

 

Bonnet and doors painted.



Door Jams painted, and doors installed and lined up as best as I could.

The interior isn't too crash hot at the moment . . . . .

 

I ripped out the roof lining yesterday, it was 90's foamy stuff and the backing had separated, ive got a new one coming.

I'm putting in new seats too, so after that ill put some pics up....

Cheers guys,

 

seats are 180 or 200 sx seats. really Jap looking with the harness hole cut outs.

My car was broken into a few years ago and they stole my front and back seats, along with some other stuff....... so I got given these seats for free and welded them to some torana runners..... they don't suit it at all. rears are standard, ill just get them trimmed to suit whatever seats I get.

Just need to rub everything back now, hopefully no more suprises pop up.

 

If all goes well it will be in the paint shop the 16th or 17th of December.

Fitted the Rivet nuts, test fitted the scoop . . .

Fixed up the mirrors, and a few chips in the cowl panel, and rubbed back 75% of the car over the weekend . . . . .

 

I have to get it finished this week, its getting painted this weekend, the painter can only do it this weekend, or it will have to wait till February . . . . .

Every Sunday for the last six months, plus nights, the odd Saturday, Bleeding fingers, plenty of beer . . . . . . . . . . Now ready to drop off at the spray painter on Friday.
