good way to get cold air induction, but i wouldn't be running a shaker scoop on an injected motor :)

I can understand your confusion Devils, i did a google and i couldnt find a formula or any mathamatical equasion to describe that pic...

Its just a cold air intake mate, LS1's are injected motors and air itake is thru a single throttle body, what you see is just a cold air intake to utilise the shaker bonnet scoop to disquzie the chev..

Not very mature guys, ive answered possibly hundreds of questions on this site and have never intentionally "tried" to ridicule anyone who asks a genuine question.......
I can get nasty and personal(but you're a bit off the mark) too, but its not productive or what this site needs. Report sent.
Anyway, thanks for the description of what it is, not being familiar with a fuel injected chev(sorry), I didnt realise that what the shiny thingo was connected to down so low on the motor was a throttle body.

I was just gonna say "the shaker is just glued ontop" because it's obviously got a single TB connected directly to a cold air intake made with metal piping.

I have no idea how you know that is an LS1

Devils chill mate, i wasnt taking a dig or trying to ridicule you in any way what so ever, i did explain what it was in perfect detail...

What i was doing was called a JOKE, now if you cant take a decent non abusive or non personal joke then you need to rethink what this site needs, not me....

I dont recal ever me ridiculing you or the input you have given, many of times iv asked for your oppinion Yes?....

Sometimes you think too hard mate thats all i was stating..

Liam, your a funny little child, i did read it in street machine but anyone with any knowledge on GEN III engines can see it....

John
