Was a black with raised metallic silver lettering. Leo Franco bought the dealership years ago and still owns it. Try them http://www.leofrancomotors.com.au they might be able to help.

Had a look around Google AL,
We will have to find a Torana / Holden that was sold from Auswilds and take a shot of the Decal on the window. Dave I

Found out yesterday that a few special one off car came from Auswilds Motors, and they sold a few Adelaide Built LJ XU-1's and Adelaide Built LJ GTR's and 000 Dealer car's as well, funny as NSW mainly got Brisbane Built Cars

Hi Al
A lot of southern and south western NSW dealers were administered from Vic and accordingly had codes within the Vic number range. Holbrook and Jerilderie are another couple of examples.

Auswild's also of Griffiths/Grafton/Maclean
Advertisement in the local paper offering a reward for a photo of an Auswild dealer sticker
Auswild's were huge $$$$$$$$$$ in the motor industry just did not use their name often.

That pic above shows up on similar ads in google for Auswild Chartered Accountants?
Hi Brad,
It seems that they were responsible for Holden's involvement in Australia in the second link here:-

so I would assume that they also had a car yard, so that picture was all I could find for the moment. Dave I

Not trying to dispute any info on hear but........ born in Griffith, lived here all my life, had a 72 HQ with the dealer sticker on it and as i stated black rectangular sticker with raised silver "AUSWILD'S" on it. Will look at some of the older cars around here and ask a few car clubs for a shot of one. I have seen a wb stato getting around with the said sticker on it. The Auswild accounting firm logo was not the car dealership sticker in 72 or onward. I can not speak for before this time.
