Got home with it last Monday arv OJ.

 

Went for a spin to very very central NSW and back, swapped it for my old anchor powered boat :D

 

Been meaning to start a thread...

Can't you just delete the manifold and still run the rest of the normal marine gear to keep it cool? So lake water up through the external pump into the block then out an outlet into your over transom pipe or a separate dedicated outlet? To keep it from running too cold you could restrict the outlet so water remains in the block for a bit longer. Either way, love the look of the new boat and the pipe!. I've had plenty of 6 bangers in boats. Learnt to ski like that and taught heaps also.
