steering joint

g'day,on the drivers side where the rack comes out the fire wall, whats the joint called where the 2 shafts meet??? also where do i buy it from i cant find anyone with one

Its referred to as the steering knuckle or steering shaft uni joint.
Think rarespares has them new for $100+ !

i askd the guy at rarespares tonday and he said they didnt have them!!!
oh well i'll try again tomorrow

There are always some old and new (old stock) for sale on eBay (search parts/torana), you could steal one of their photo's and take it in to Rare Spares to show him exactly what you want :)

A thought anyway.
