T-bar shifter

hey guys was woundering if there any way to tighten up the t-bar shifter on the LH ? , she's a bit to sloppy with to much side movement.

check the washer type bushes at the pivot point maybe?

thanks mate, I got the box back and ready to put in this weekend, so will pull the shifter out first and have a looky.
