Impressive rod, can ya share any more details? Flat tappet , Manual/auto?
Was this the car advertised by crow cams in street machine mags from years ago as 'Aus's fastest n/a 6 sedan'?
Great to have you on the forums

Thanks for the welcome greens nice.
Yes, that car is the one.
It had a Sissel / Duggan alloy head that I had to fix up because it was not how I wanted it, mechanical injection, Crow solid flat tappet cam with mushroom lifters, modified Holden HEI ignition, Arias flat top pistons, custom 7.3" long alloy rods, powerglide trans with brake, just the usual things you would expect.
Boy did that thing love to carry those front wheels, lots of torque. Never had it on a dyno or weighed it.

Sorry,
Cast iron 12 port, welded and raised ex ports [waste of time] took off the 1.6 ex rockers, put on 1.5 and went heaps faster, custom roller Crow camshaft, Isky roller lifters with custom tie bars, my own rev kit behind the side covers, my own mechanical fuel injection manifold, my own shaft rocker set up, my own clutched torqueflite transmission,[would have been quicker with a convertor] Reading back on this I think I had a problem with doing everything myself and not just buying it.
Hope that is ok, Rod.

I've also got a clutched torqueflite but I think they were the hot ticket before converter technology,
Converters are cheaper than clutch's
Do you know what happened to the car?

I sold the car less trans to Peter in Adelaide who reset the record in the 9.5 sec range.[ I told it would go 9.6 easy]
Unfortunately Peter died some years ago and I don't know what happened to the car.
As far as the 202, I sold that off when I started the 311 project, sorry.
Rod.
