Hi Guys,

I'm new to this forum,

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations on good manufacturers of flares, bonnet scoops etc.... I'm just after a good set to suit my 4 door LH. The biggest problem I am having is the rear ones, dosnt matter what I do, I just cant get them to line up properly. The last set I bought from Rare Spares (plastic) were really bad....

anyone got any suggestions?

cheers,

Sam

Might get a better response if we have some rough idea of where you are, i.e. Melb, Syd, Canb, etc. Not your fault, new forums don't seem to have location showing as a default.

after returning a number of kits from all over Australia i was happy with the quality of Wilson fibreglass in Sydney. phone 02 9601 5995.

the only problem is he doesnt do A9X rear flares only the L34 style.

Hey Yella, yeah fair enough, I'm in Adelaide, but I'd be happy to buy from anywhere in Aus provided they are good quality!

Cheers RTS, I'll give them a call and find out what the go is!

There is a guy on Ebay from QLD that seems to advertise fairly frequently, think he makes them himself. Keep an eye out on there as they loook OK in pics. Not sure which model he makes L34 or A9X? Usually has red torana for display pic.

He usually places ad in spare parts/torana.(if that makes sense)

If I see him advertise again will post link here.

I just got a set from Alpha motorsport fibreglass in VIC PH:03 5678 8874 - pretty good ones - I am very happy with them and I am a fussy bugger.

They don't make the flares themselves but they buy them in.

They make most of the other Torana bits themselves.

I reckon that ebay guy's name is Spoilertek and he's in Brisbane, just had a look then, his gear looks stacks better than what I have now...

Thanks again for the input fella's! I'll follow each of them up....

I have a mate with all the old moulds for torana.... I am going to see him this weekend to see what exactly he has and what prices he can do for the members here.
