Hey guys I've realised that I hadn't actually posted these up which is stupid.
And once it is made and fitted to the car.
Bits and piece may need to be trimmed and tapped but for the most part will suffice for most. Also the reinforcing I just cut a notch into the support and welded the brace in there.

and you can use a rule to work out the sizes, from what we can read:-

Shit sorry guys didn't realise it was so bad to read.
OK, measurements are as follows; all measurements were taken directly from the original in mm.
HORIZONTAL Measurements
Top Orange tab,
195,58,52,162,93,93,54, 55, 195
Top Yellow tab,
220 for both
Bottom Yellow tab,
Overall measurement of 1010, the cut out starts 230 mm from the tapered fold, is 145 mm long.
Vertical measurements on left hand side read as follows,
18, 30, 40 (to where the taper starts), the taper is 65 from the beginning of the fold to the corner edge. The Grey part is 65 mm from top to bottom folds.
For some reason I didn't take measurements from the tapered parts, only that the bottom fold is 30mm.
Oh and it's a 3-4 mm drop to the centre tab for the bonnet latch.
