Gday all,

How are you?

Ive decided on a 355 stroker for my LX Sedan..... and that only took a year :P

So now i have the hard task of deciding which way to go.... and i mean everything to decide on!!! All the good go hard bits, transmision and everything else that makes a motor go broom broom!

Basically just after as many combos as i can get from people on here ie - engines, transmisions, carbies, heads, manifolds... the whole lot... or combos they have had in the past that they wouldnt use again, pros and cons etc.!

The car is on straight gas, so engine will be built purely for gas. I am running a 9inch with 14 x 10's and 14 x 8's .

Ahhh... cant think of anything else that would be relevant or helpful...

Cheers,

look forward to being taught and learning alot about a topic i dont know alot about...

drag racer, hill climbs, road rally/track work, shopping trolley, all these factors will determine the questions above.

As said above ^ and budget $ will play a huge part.
You wont build a good reliable 355 stroker unless you have a few $ to work with.
Serriously have a good look at the C.O.M.E website and look at purchasing one of their allready built strokers.
