Weathers looking prettty good at this stage with 21-22C forecast, lets hope its stays that way.
I have pretty much planned the meeting point and where we can stop to have lunch which I think will be Heathcote. I'll put up some maps for the meeting point and the route during the week.
We have 3 pubs to choose from but I haven't eaten at any of them. If someone can put us onto some good food that would be a good start?
There seems to be a good meet on there on the Saturday as well so hopefully lots of cars stay for the whole weekend.

OK guys here is the plan.
Meeting point will be the BP service station on Cooper St in Epping at 10.00am which is just off the Hume Freeway. Thought I would give everyone plenty of time to get there. Click the link below for a map.

Leave here at around 10.20-10.30am depending if everyone has arrived. Cruise up to Heathcote where we can stop off at the Heathcote Hotel, grab some lunch and have a chinwag. Looks like a good old country pub and we should get there about 12.15pm. Hang around for about 1 hour and then onto Heathcote Raceway. We can stay at Heathcote Raceway until around 4pm and then start cruising back home.
Any other ideas are welcome so feel free to throw any suggestions up.
Only a few cars coming at this stage but if anyone would like to come everyone is welcome, weather looks like its going to be perfect at a balmy 21C and sunny. Lets hope the showers forecast for Monday don't arrive early.

It only takes an hour from the BP to Hethcote. Should arrive around 11:30 - 11:45 if you leave at 10:30.

Haha very funny Grant. Last time I took the misses car which being fairly new, when doing 100 it feels like your doing about 60. In the torana, 100 feels like 130 so I should be good
If anyone who's want to come could let me know here i'll pm them my phone number, just in case they need to let me know if they're running late or have any problems.

Looks like it will be the Union Hotel instead guys as the Commercial is completely booked out. I need to make a booking as apparently Sunday lunches get quite busy. I need to know numbers guys of who's coming to make the booking?

A great day had by all today. Nice to meet Peter and Al and hopefully you guys can join in on any future cruises.
The drags were very interesting with some very quick cars that didn't look like they'd be quick. Here's a video I took today of a Gemini that ran 9.46 all while losing its bonnet

Must have got a bit hot on the way up the strip.
Anyone who has watched Roadkill knows the best way to cool your engine is to take the bonnet off, maybe the Gem had an auto eject feature?
