Well Ive been driving mine about lately and the leak is only extremely minor,just a drop or 2 so bugger it, good enough

Is it possible to have filed the manifold too much? The top thermo cover is actually sitting on the thermostat,not the gasket? That the groove where the thermostat sitsin is too shallow? maybe?
