Book in earlyJust curious, is there any camping facilities at the Showground & if so will there be a party atmosphere happening there.
The main motel is the place to be but everyone wants to stay there in what's a very limited number of available rooms

I've always been under the impression that motel bookings were only taken as a block allocation of rooms to each of the clubs - not able to book individually.
At the last Fest the QTCC members attended in greater numbers than rooms allocated to us & many of our group had to reside elsewhere away from all the fun.
The camping thing was just a thought, a way to allow a large group of people to stay at the same location & mis-behave together

most certainly, will have to be something very damn wrong to keep me away and ill need a bed or two. Some of those rooms had around 5 beds so we could all chip in and book it as soon as they are available ?
