hey guys i just locked up a wheel bearing on the front right side and it spun the cub in the hub so its cactus unless i get it sleeved. so i have been trying to hunt down a hub and stub axle here in perth and i hav called every wrecker that i can find to get one but all i hav found is a parts car that has front drums instead of discs. so my question is can i use the hub and stub axle from the car with the drum front end??
any feed back would be much appreciated.
cheers
ben

You need a disc stub so it has ears on it to mount the caliper
So no you can't use the drum one

Come on boys...... someone here should have a Torana spindle they can donate

I would........ but mine are going back on the car

yet me know if you get desperate, fix me up with some cash to cover the costs etc and i will go down the local wreckers and pull one off myself and send it over to ya.
edit:
i just realised this is in the LC/LJ section (HQ/LX guy myself) so let me know anyway but i will have to check supplies first. why dont ya drive a LH/LX. :tease:
