RWC is absolutely the responsibility of the individual, not the club.
Some clubs may have 'preferred' RWC centres who may make life easier perhaps (ie. not out of control fussy when inspecting potential CPS cars). I'm just guessing that would be common.
Cheers.
Yes I think what they meant that the club would help you with a 'preferred', what you wrote.

Rejecting vehicles regardless of whether or not they are considered roadworthy by a registered provider.

Elitist clubs do their own "road worthys" or "club worthys".
Rejecting vehicles regardless of whether or not they are considered roadworthy by a registered provider.
Yes, a few clubs down here won't let you get club permit plates if:-
- you have anything modified from factory
- you don't attend X Number of meetings per year
- you don't wait the designated time period
- you don't tow the party line etc,
frOck those clubs.

I thought he would find his answer on Facebook given he believes this forum is so bad!!
Yes there are certain people here that just post shit to piss people off and I'm sick and tired of getting these idiots posting replys to my comments. The forum is going down as you haven't noticed? There is bugger all movement here in the last 12 months. Its still ok if I need to look up some info but that is it. A while back there would be anywhere between 100-200 people online any given time and now if I see a couple that would be it. So in other words where did all these people go? Did all these people die? The answer is no as they sit on facebook, I just bought a mint hatch and the guy I bought it from owns a sweet A9X, I asked him if he is part of the forum? Replied NO too many dickheads. Hmm there must be some truth to it.

If you need a quick answer go to Facebook as sometimes it takes days to get anything here.

Thanks guys, you've been very helpful. I have contacted ASRF, seems like a very well run organisation with an aim to help people exactly like me. LHSL308 I might get those details off you as well, I'll do my research.
I was kind of hoping to avoid tthe 'M' plate, the whole look of the car is so you don't know what's been done to it. I feel like I might be more of a target for police and theft.
Nonetheless, it's better than having no torana!
Sorry Matt I didn't see your above post.
If you're still after a club just pm me. You don't have to attend any meetings or car events with my club and there is certainly no lead time. But you will have to get your own RWC as its required to get club rego these days.
