Nice bloke, didn't realise it was yours that he had bought.
At least we know it'll have a nice set of red walls on it.

mmm,out of curiosity, what would it take to get it going datto, does it just need thermostat housing etc,i wish this car wasnt for sale for 3-4 months as i would be very keen on buying it minus wheels and spares, the price is very fair as long as there isnt any nasty surprises, but still seems cheap even if it did.i would chuck some wheels on and get a permit to drive to tas,its always the way when you want something it pops up near at the worst of times ,got a feeling it wont be hanging around at that price....
cheers Maz

Well...I did get it to run... but not for long
It sat in my brothers shed for about 10 years then sat in mine for about 4
Not sure I'd want to drive it all that way
Since Ben bought it I'm not sure what he's done with it towards getting it going
Not much is my guess
Certainly one for the tilt tray
I'd buy it back if I had the coin
But it will need some rust repairs ... boot floor.. .beaver panel.. couple of other things I can't remember
My pics are still in my photobucket even though the link is dead from the first post
I'd happy to go get as many pics as anyone needs in its current state

lol why not ,dont think she would get here datto would have to have a few stops, piss stops, ive got coin now ,but have to put 13gs towards me project, then i would be short 4gs ,1900 to get to me door from perth, thought it would be cheaper to fly over and drive it back,as long as i could get a permit

I've been there and done the whole "it would be cheaper to drive here with the car trailer, pick this car up, and drive back" thing.
Not quiet the same as your idea, but getting said car transported would have cost me $700, On the drive back my waterpump shaft shered and sent the fan through teh radiator, cost me about 2k to fix all up and a few lllooonnnngggg ass hours on the side of the road and a llloooonnnggg ass night driving then sleeping in the car then a very tentative drive back home....
Not always cheaper to drive....
Cheers.
