Oh I'd love the drive

And take any chance for a road trip

But she's been untested for about 14 yrs so even I wouldn't chance it

yes i was thinking of a big mishap and be in the middle of nowhere dj.would be absolutely going off me tree, one of the trips that you would liked to never of happened, seems you have mentioned that it would be sensible to get it transported but that takes me out of the equation,it would be a nice drive though

That said when i picked up my new boat i had a 15 year newer tow car, towed my old boat 1300km and swapped it for my new boat, then towed it 1300km back....That, although a touch tedious at times, was quiet enjoyable. Being places i've never been, seeing things i'd likely never see again. And not a drama bar the odd scare when we bottomed out over the uber woops on the back highways in QLD....

So road trips to get new toys can work both ways, as i have proven.

Cheers.

i agree potta it would of been a big hassle getting it here, especially driving it,my intention was to get it transported for 1900 ,but i would have really liked the drive, its a great feeling when you have a new car out on the open road without a care in the world ,just man and beast taking it all in ,cant get much free"er than that,i have wanted a lj 2dr for ages, but the prices have kept them out of reach, whoever bought it i hope its full of bog lol, hehehe
