never trust a salesman...I just bought one, and old mate told me there was no shaft ( I havent bothered to look)...doh

I can't find it again now but if memory serves there's some clause in the ADRs restricting vehicles without a mechanical steering system to a top speed of 11km/h (or something like that)?

 

While were bringing up old posts, cant be quiet right?

Articulating backhoes are typically hydraulic steer and limited to 40kph. Franna Cranes are also hydraulic steer, not sure what they top out at but thought it was a bit more than that again?

To answer bomber, after the hook ect, is off the frenna cranes I'm sure ive seen them do around 80kph on the highway by memory. Gary.
