Hi, I am about to rewire the LC. I have 3 looms, one LC converted to GTR type dash. One LC standard and a third genuine GTR type loom that I think is out of an LJ. The LC ones seem to differ from the LJ in that the drivers side bay loom appears to be wired into the loom, (on the LC) the LJ one looks to have a plug for the drivers side engine bay loom (horn, headlight etc) Is this normal? as I dont seem to have the LJ plug in section,
Can anyone shed some light, please

LC GTRs had 2 different types..one a central block plug in for the dash...the next one was similiar to LJ but different with separate plugs..You need to get the one that suits your dash.

Not to mention working out where your ignition switch is going to be... originally on the steering column for LJ & LC on the underdash panel

Thanks guys, Rory, the dash is the 1970 XU1 that came with the car, the loom is still there, just chopped about a fair bit, was going to replace with one of my spares, may jst have to stick with what I have, thanks jpxu1,
