does anyone know if the round lights off an LX can be put into an LH front apron? Or do you have to change the whole apron over?

Cheers.

Its the surrounds and the mounts for the headlights, the actual apron (nose cone) is the same

From memory, if you change to the Halogen conversion there is a little bit of cutting to be done for the park lights.

Correct there is a bit of surgery that needs to be performed.
Yella and Trevor (L34) kindly fixed mine. I am sure if you needed to ask Yella he can direct you in this process.

Without the surgery they can tend to short out and blow fuses :)

I don;t think mine are halogens... Can the surrounds be swapped without taking the apron off?

cheers.

Not you Al, just young fella's too lazy to search before posting. Life don't get much easier than that.

There is a panel work aspect and an electrical aspect. That thread covers the panelwork, electrical can be a bit trickier, depending on what lights you've bought.
