Hey Fellas, Merry Christmas!!

The Torana build is coming along well.   A big thanks again to Limo for sorting me out with the shifter ;)

I'm going to tackle the front end soon but what are your opinions on the price of front end suspension bush kits on ebay?  They range between $500 to $600 and front and rear at $1000.

Is that a fair price?

Is there any cheaper option?

It seems a little overpriced for a bunch of rubber bushes but I will be guided by you guys and your opinions.

Cheers.

If you only want to do it once, stick to original rubber style bushes; pretty red and blue ones turn to shit far too quickly!

Kingswood/ resto country is where I get all my rubber ones and ball joints.

Pretty good so far. I'm running a mix of rubber and nolathane.

Rear is rubber uppers nolathane lowers and nolathane sway bar bushes.

Front is nolathane lowers+ K frame + sway bar bushes rubber for the rest.

I had trouble with my rear bushes running rubber ones every time I’d drive it would squeeze one out of the sleeve after replacing them several times I started putting the originals back in and havnt had an issue since, The supplier was really good and in the end out it down to too much power for the factory rubber to cope

I use Fulcrum and do what they recommend, usually a mix of Superpro urethane and rubber bushes. Take your arms in to have them fitted or fit yourself. Always been very happy with the results.
