hi guys i got a set of 1.65 rollers off a yt blue motor head, and i was wondering if i can just chuck them on a red motor head i have here, i understand that 6cyls are 1.5 ratio, what affect will 1.65 ratio have on my motor/cam? i have a 202 with a xu-1 cam (wade 373) and a 186 yt head,

dont know enough about 6cly to say they will exchange but the effect of increasing the ratio is like increasing lift and duration, so if you have your origional cam specs, take the cam (not valve) specs and multiply them by 1.65 instead of 1.5.
be sure to check for valve spring coil bind and retainer to valve guide clearence.

The 1.65 V8 rockers will fit the Holden 6 & as ALX76 stated above it will give an increase in valve lift. I have used this setup on numerous 6s.

I have 1.6 ratio on inlet, and 1.5 on exhaust...

An old engine building secret i have been told.

Seems to work!
