I think we need to take a leaf out of the book of wartime Britain... immobilise, immobilise, immobilise!
Here's hoping for a safe return!

And also one from the USA when the offending b#@t#*ds get caught - shoot 'em first & ask questions later
Fingers crossed the owners get lucky.

86 cars stolen in Cairns last month. It just a matter of time until my cars go missing.
Not if they cant move them

If it cant be moved, it just gets burnt to the ground or every panel kicked in.

So I have to ask... Why would you even live in such a place?!
Sounds like you need a couple of rottweilers.
EDIT: Doh! Gene beat me to it again.

The 10 year old kids roam the streets stirring up the dogs and then tag the properties to identify which houses have dogs then bait the dogs at a later date.

Yeah its a tricky one.. My wife and I were born here, so we have a large family and friends connection. Its a great region which is being ruined by Australia's First Nations People. We have a population of 168,000 people yet we are in the top 4 of highest crime locations in all of QLD which has a population of 5 million people.... They did start up a vigilante group on FB, and they would make themselves present on the streets at night time. But in the end the police put a stop to it and suggested the vigilante group were inciting violence.

They are coming for it. But might give it a miss if its manual. All areas of Cairns are now dodgy, just ask your mate.

Is your mate in or around any of these suburbs?

Prob high on paint mate. Its just a game for the 10-17 year old boys and girls. If you'd class them as that.

If the 1985 Landcruiser utility was a HJ I’d put money on the 120Y!

How could the police have arrested two people for stealing it, and yet still have no idea where it is? Surely it is just a matter of following a chain of people.

They don't seem to be interested in my mates car......I’d say he will be next.
