Well finally bit the bullet and bought these tyres from Bob Jane Tmart.
Dunno anything bout em really, so gunna see how they go...what could possibly go wrong.
These are replacing my dated(2014), hard Nankang Remex 615's.

V speed rating with 7mm tread depth to the wear indicators, or 9mm tread depth to bald - for the drift pigs.

As per pics, sharing is caring :)

Good to see there's an option.

I think this could be all that's available in that size. Keen to hear what you think, I'll be ready to buy in 6 months.

Hi Marty, well there are a few options around.
Bob Jane had other make tyres listed too in the size, BF Goodrich and Yokohama.

I went for the budget option also local easy access to my tyre shop if i encounter any dramas.

Heaps easier than dealing with an online store then also selected 3rd party fitting locations.

If anyone google searches 205 60 13, an online site Tyroola also pops up with some tyre options. But reading the Tyroola FAQs ...it mentions tyres can be up to 4 years old by DOM.

They look good on the rims mate.

We run Yokohama A-048 or Nankang AR-1 on track days.

Semi slick treaded.

Soft, but would prob last a year or two on a weekend car.

Think they are road legal? Not sure.

Certainly stick like Sh$#t.

Hi Marty,

The run to Bathurst and return saw some windy and pot holey-moley roads, wet n dry too.
Not that i was pushing the tyres any, but just driving normally I didn't have any dramas with them.

Hi Jaso, great to meet you at Bathurst. Those roads are certainly tyre testers.

I know what you mean. We flew over from Perth grabbed a hire car and stayed in Orange for the 4 days of Bathurst and I couldn't believe the condition of the roads. They are appalling.
